Refund / Cancellation Policy

Lumera Core is a recurring monthly subscription at $27/month. You can request cancellation at any time by contacting support at contact@arveniqgroup.com using your purchase email. Cancellation takes effect according to the applicable billing cycle.

Refund requests are reviewed in line with the applicable policy of the operator and the rules of the platform used for your purchase.

Optional add-ons are one-time purchases and are not required to use Lumera. Requests relating to add-on purchases are handled through the same support contact.
